Resumo
O artigo propõe a exploração de um sistema de financiamento coletivo para fomentar projetos sustentáveis na construção civil baseado em blockchain. A tecnologia blockchain pode oferecer uma solução mais justa e confiável para financiamento coletivo, permitindo uma maior inclusão financeira e transparência na gestão de fundos. A plataforma proposta utiliza contratos inteligentes e tokens para criar um sistema de financiamento coletivo seguro, transparente e eficiente. O objetivo é aumentar o acesso ao financiamento para projetos sustentáveis e impulsionar o avanço da construção civil sustentável.
